Our Facility

Emerald Ridge of Neenah is a modern facility offering a warm, home-like setting featuring room to serve 45 residents with single occupancy in each apartment (one-bedroom apartments may house 2 residents for married couples).

Common areas include a large activity room with a full kitchen for baking projects, church services, parties, puzzles, exercise classes and more! The dining room is bright and airy and hosts a lovely fireplace. The second floor offers a large living room with another fireplace and refreshments. Other amenities include a beauty & barber salon, post office nook, and laundry facilities on both first and second floors. Three delicious meals are prepared daily and snacks and beverages are available at all times.

Our grounds are well maintained with a beautiful courtyard featuring plenty of patios with seating, gardens, and bird feeders for our residents to enjoy. Ample outdoor parking is available to both visitors and residents.

Apartments are bright and airy with large windows in both the living room and bedroom alongside ample closet space. While apartments do not accommodate cooking, cozy kitchens with a refrigerator and microwave are provided. Meals are served in our spacious dining room, but can be provided in-room upon request. All apartments include personal bathrooms with walk-in showers.
